This is The TX Signature block. This is the block designed and used on a daily basis by Matt himself.

This is a 17 x 30” block built for the pitmaster. This can hold the biggest of packer briskets with plenty of room to slice and serve all party sizes! It comes with giant juice grooves and low-profile hand grooves. This was meant to bring everyone together literally and an essential tool to make you the hero at your next cook!
