Shipping Policy
FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes – orders with a P.O. Box will be invoiced for additional charges & shipped USPS Priority. Hawaii & Alaska will ship FedEx at one flat rate calculated at checkout.
Orders under 5lbs will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
RoseWood Block is not responsible for delays. RoseWood Block is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Questions in regards or for information pertaining to your order after it has shipped please call FedEx or USPS.
Tax: Arkansas residents will be charged 9% tax.
Turnaround Time
BLOCK orders will start upon payment in full. We acclimate, cut, place each wood. Sealing it with a natural food grade mineral oil. While butcher BLOCKS may be replicated, no two are the same.
We try to give estimated lead times but we ask that you please understand that if your block at any point acclimated poorly meaning cracks form, movement in the wood or any structurally unsound or aesthetically unpleasing defects are found we will rebuild this could delay beyond our original estimated lead time. We are currently estimating 12 weeks for order to be completed & shipped. This is not our goal as we want to take as many orders as possible but we pride ourselves on our quality builds that we make one at a time.

Refund and Returns Policy
Due to each BLOCK being customized, we do not accept returns but we will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your investment in our blocks! We do care greatly about your satisfaction – please email us at sales@rosewoodblock.com with any questions, praises or concerns.
We include care instructions with your block. You will need oil to care for it properly. We will refund your shipping if you purchase your oil at the time of the block purchase as well!
Be careful: our knife magnets are meant to be used for temporary holding of the knife in a stationary block with your full attention and care to its whereabouts. It is not meant to hold a knife while moving the board. Use the magnet with care and at your own risk!
