This block was made to sit atop your brisket or beef  sized blocks and was intended for raw trims and food prep saving your main block for the main event. It was made big enough to hold a full pre smoke packer brisket but made thinner and lighter for easier clean up. This also makes a great board by itself for serving a crowd. We added clear stacker feet so it can stack on your premium block block without marking!
